Toddler Sidewalk Art

So, the weather here is beautiful and very fall-like and begs all of us with little ones to be outdoors. Rather than go to the park today, here's a fun suggestion for your toddler, preschooler, or older kid. Sidewalk art.

Here's how my 2 1/2 year-old nephew found a fun way to play with sidewalk chalk. (I love the way little minds work. The way he and his mom created a game to play out of the drawings they had made just makes me smile. And they used one of my all-time favorite Kindermusik songs, "Walk and Stop" from last spring's Our Time class - Away We Go!)
